The Position

The Policy Analyst, under the Policy Team, will assist with projects tailored to meet the needs of audiences. The Analyst will focus on the collection, analysis, and manipulation of a broad range of information and assist in the development of meaningful recommendations for our clients to act on.

Responsibilities

· Develop policy information products for multiple audiences.

· Write research and data analysis summary briefs and other substantive communications materials that explain the existing policies.

· Research and report on a wide array of policy issues in related areas

· Manage and work on multiple projects, work within deadlines, and prioritize work as necessary

· Ability to translate analysis into written products for both narrow and broad audiences

· Strong organizational skills and attention to details

· Excellent work ethic matched by openness to feedback and collaboration
